Over the last 20 years Urologists (doctors specializing in the urinary tract) all over the world have made great advances in treatments and technology within their field. Their efforts have made it possible to cure impotence, namely erectile dysfunction, in men of all ages. There are actually two types of erectile dysfunction: physiological, which occurs in 70% of all cases, and psychological, which occurs in the other 30%.
