HP OfficeJet 6310 Review

HP offers a good range of All-in-One products. The OfficeJet 6310 targets the SOHO sector and includes a networking connection, therefore its features may be simply shared.

The OfficeJet 6310 at the same time shares its style with many other HP OfficeJets. It's pretty broad, but is definitely less deep than a number of its rivals. A two-line by 16-character, backlit Liquid crystal display supplies status messages as well as instructions but, needless to say, simply no method of previewing images from a memory card. With regards to picture prints, HP Vivera inks give a good account of themselves. The test landscape print provides extremely sleek, well-gradated sky as well as a good amount of detail within darker, shadowed places. There's lots of foreground detail and also lots of fine detail along the skyline, as well.

The 344 colour cartridge is actually a bigger yield edition of the 343, but HP inhibits its use within the OfficeJet 6310, preferring to market you a double pack of 343s, for a higher price. It does offer the 342, light-use cartridge as well as three distinct volumes of black with the 336, 337 and 339.

HP doesn't appear to know quite the best places to pitch this unit. With one breath the marketers state it isn't designed for people needing high-yield ink cartridges, whilst with the next it tries to market dual packs of standard-yield cartridges. In other areas, the OfficeJet 6310 ticks all of the boxes and also comes in at a decent price. Text print is undoubtedly a tad jagged around the edges, nevertheless.
