Skoda Roomster Radio Installation Kits at Bargain Prices
The Skoda Roomster is of the multi utility vehicle class. The name of the vehicle is chosen as a combined word for roadster and road. The Skoda is a Czech republican automaker. Now owned by Volkswagen, Roomster was the first car launched after the Volkswagen bought it. It is a big automobile with five doors and also known to be a great car for leisure activities. The model of the Skoda Roomster was launched in motor show in Geneva in the year 2006. The parts of the car were assembled in many of its plants spread all over Czech Republic. Simultaneously Skoda Praktik was also launched. It was a version of Roomster but with two doors and two seats. The Praktik is also known to be a light weight vehicle.
Roomster was a mix of two of Skoda's earlier models: Octavia and Fabia. It was available as front wheel drive with front engine. The radio dash kit provided by the Skoda Roomster consisted of a very latest wiring kit which generally contained 17 pin or 40 pin for connector wires. This was very useful specifically to make it possible to play ipod or mp3 players through radio. The dash kit also contained a basic facia plate. The adaptor given in the kit is also useful as the customer get the freedom to select any brand of stereos. The radio dash kits come in many colours and can be chosen according to the interiors offered by the car.
The dash kit also comes in various textures to blend well into the inside of the car if the car has textured interiors. The positives of the Roomster are its luxurious interiors. It also has a bigger boot space. The performance of the engine is good giving a decent mileage and hence has low running cost. The seating is comfortable and also makes it easy to drive for starters. The Roomster is a car that competes with many similar multi utility vehicles. The seats at the behind can move and be folded to modify the space of the boot. This is a very innovative modification made keeping in the mind of the flexible nature of the car. It also has good safety features which are of European standards.
he Roomster runs on both petrol and diesel. The diesel engine has direct injection of the fuel. The transmission is of both manual and automatic. The automatic is of six speed control and the manual is five speeds. Triptonic transmission is similar to that of an automatic transmission with some features of manual to change the gears. The rear seat can accommodate nearly three passengers out of which the centre one is narrow to be comfortable and the other two seats are difficult to move. The interior is considered to be made of cheap materials. The engines are also proven to be noisy at high speed and make it a relatively poor choice for the people to consider it an option although it has decent boot space and airy interiors.
