Kleen Wheels: ‘brake Dust Buster
Kleen Wheels, a recognized name for wheel protection products, has earlier introduced to the automotive market its latest innovation called brake dust shield. The latter is designed to protect the wheels from brake dust.
Kleen wheels are made of single-piece construction aircraft grade aluminum that is coated with black matte finish. These dust shields are turbo-vented and are easy to install. They are not to be confused with dust covers for the latter are designed to cover the caliper and rotor. Kleen wheels products are simply manufactured to serve as wheel accessories. They are nothing more than inside hubcaps that fit in the wheels to prevent the black brake dust eyesore. The latter flows outward onto the surface of steel or alloy wheels as a result, wheels become filthy and grimy.
These dust shields are designed to fit effortlessly into the inside of the wheel. There is a misconception among car owners regarding the compatibility of said shields. Some are saying that said shields are specifically made to fit onto the car. However, the truth is that Kleen wheels are designed to fit the wheel as opposed to the car. Hence, in purchasing the same, the car owner is asked about the type of wheel and not of the car.
Brake dust shields are tested in the world's leading standards testing laboratory in Germany. In said laboratory, superb standards are set to guarantee safety and protection. The testing is provided and approved by the TUV. The latter is a government agency tasked to test and evaluate OE equipment and aftermarket accessories.
According to Kleen Wheel Corporation, it is advisable that car owners install two pairs of brake dust shields to ensure permanent protection in the front and rear wheels. Further, when the wheels are rotated, the need to remove and replace the shields is shunned.
Kleen wheels are lightweight shields that are meticulously engineered to eliminate balance problems. They come with instructions for easier installations.
