Roll-up for all occasions
It is not always easy to know exactly what exposure system that best fits. Roll-up is a simple and effective system, but also Roll-upsystem exists in many forms. A usual Roll-up, ie a "reverse pulldown", consists of an aluminum tape to keep your bildvåd in place and you then pull up and attach to a metal stick.
But Roll-up comes in many forms. For example, the L-Banner X-Banner systems lately begun to reach out to a larger clientele.
L-Banner is easy and simple system which is found in very small designs, such as our L-Banner Light. This is an incredibly easy system only weighs over two kilograms - and that is less than a normal roll-up. The size is 600x1600mm.
A typical Roll-up is at least 800x2000mm and is perfect for fairs, sales meetings and the like. However, an L-Banner Light can be effective eg in shop windows or in places where the public can not access the system, and where you want to flash a message on a slightly smaller area.
Our Roll-upsystem available in several different sizes. The common feature is that all the Roll-up is two meters height. Widths, however, differ about. Our standard widths are 800mm, 850mm, 900mm, 1000mm, 1200mm and 1500mm.
However, Skyltfirman.se unusual in that we actually built our own systems. Therefore, we can also produce other widths of the Roll-up for you, eg 600mm, 700mm, or other odd sizes.
Roll-up is an excellent exposure system for the price conscious looking for an exposure system for fairs or other promotions. We have two different kinds of cartridge systems - the BASIC that is a better budget system is a great fit when searching for a system to be used for a shorter period.
Our Roll-up SENTRY however, has a slightly more robust and different mechanics, and they fit better for longer periods of exposure. Sentrysystemen is slightly more expensive than Basic. Do low-budget, we recommend Roll-up BASIC and our L-Banner Light.
Do you have a higher budget or are looking for products for longer exposure periods, so watch our Roll-up SENTRY, or our X-Large Banner.
X-Large Banner is a Roll-upliknande system where bildvåden fastened to a spindle-like system with three legs. It is a modern and cool exposure system that clearly stands out in a crowd and not really similar to Roll-up. X-Large Banner is 1200mm wide and 2000mm high. It is neat and simple, and actually quite easy!
Whatever system you choose as printer Skyltfirman.se in industrial digitaltryck machines. Our professional machines are extremely high quality and very big färgddjup. All of our digitaltryck machines have 4 2 colors.
We printer only to materials of the highest quality. Our bildvåder has always photo quality. Order simple, fast and secure in our webshop: http://www.skyltfirman.se/

Contact Mechanics $85.22 This treatise is concerned with the stresses and deformation of solid bodies in contact with each other, along curved surfaces which touch initially at a point or along a line. Examples are a railway wheel and rail, or a pair of gear wheel teeth. Professor Johnson first reviews the development of the theory of contact stresses since the problem was originally addressed by H. Hertz in 1882. Next he discusses the influence of friction and the topographical roughness of surfaces, and this is incorporated into the theory of contact mechanics. An important feature is the treatment of bodies which deform plastically or viscoelastically. In addition to stationary contact, an appreciable section of the book is concerned with bodies which are in sliding or rolling contact, or which collide. |

Fracture Mechanics $171.86 Fracture Mechanics is a graduate level text/professional reference that describes the analytical methods used to derive stress and strain functions related to fracture mechanics. The focus of the book will be on modeling and problem solving as tools to be used in interpreting the meaning of a mathematical solution for a particular engineering problem or situation. Once this is accomplished, the reader should be able to think mathematically, foresee metallurgically the significance of microstructural parameters on properties, analyze the mechanical behavior of materials, and recognize realistically how dangerous a crack is in a stressed structure, which may fail catastrophically. This book differs from others in that the subject matter is organized around the modeling and predicating approaches that are used to explain the detrimental effects of crack growth events. Thus, this book will take a more practical approach and make it especially useful as a basic reference for professional engineers. |

Mechanics of Materials $65.95 One of the most important subjects for any student of engineering or materials to master is the behaviour of materials and structures under load. The way in which they react to applied forces, the deflections resulting and the stresses and strains set up in the bodies concerned are all vital considerations when designing a mechanical component such that it will not fail under predicted load during its service lifetime. Building upon the fundamentals established in the introductory volume Mechanics of Materials 1, this book extends the scope of material covered into more complex areas such as unsymmetrical bending, loading and deflection of struts, rings, discs, cylinders plates, diaphragms and thin walled sections. There is a new treatment of the Finite Element Method of analysis, and more advanced topics such as contact and residual stresses, stress concentrations, fatigue, creep and fracture are also covered. Each chapter contains a summary of the essential formulae which are developed in the chapter, and a large number of worked examples which progress in level of difficulty as the principles are enlarged upon. In addition, each chapter concludes with an extensive selection of problems for solution by the student, mostly examination questions from professional and academic bodies, which are graded according to difficulty and furnished with answers at the end. |

Prologue to Super Quantum Mechanics $33.49 Since its foundation more than eight decades ago, quantum mechanics has been plagued by numerous enigmas, mysteries and paradoxes. This strongly indicates that something is wrong with the quantum mechanics paradigm. The best scientific minds, such as Albert Einstein, Louis de Broglie, David Bohm, Richard Feynman and others have spent years of their professional lives attempting to find resolution to the quantum mechanics predicament, with no success. The Prologue is an introduction by Victor Vaguine of a new quantum mechanics paradigm which he calls Super Quantum Mechanics. He provides in an accessible, concise and entertaining way an analysis and criticism of prevailing quantum mechanics interpretations, such as the Copenhagen, Quantum Potential, and Many Worlds. Furthermore, Victor Vaguine ventures into cosmology by declaring intrinsic connections of Super Quantum Mechanics with the origin of the Universe through his original concept of absolute quantum entanglement at the pre-Big Bang state.Victor Vaguine declares that the inflationary multiverse theory is scientifically invalid and replaces it with a concept of Uni-Universe, a new term coined by the author.Based on three fundamental reasons, he rules out the superstring theory as a valid scientific theory. For the first time, new, advanced, original concepts in quantum mechanics and cosmology are presented in concise form.Although the book is written at a high scientific level, it has minimum mathematical formalism and is accessible for laypersons with intellectual curiosity. |

Geometric Mechanics (Hardcover) $261.48 This textbook introduces the tools and language of modern geometric mechanics to advanced undergraduate and beginning graduate students in mathematics, physics, and engineering. It treats the dynamics of rotating, spinning and rolling rigid bodies from a geometric viewpoint, by formulating their solutions as coadjoint motions generated by Lie groups. The only prerequisites are linear algebra, multivariable calculus and some familiarity with Euler?Lagrange variational principles and canonical Poisson brackets in classical mechanics at the beginning undergraduate level.Variational calculus on tangent spaces of Lie groups is explained in the context of familiar concrete examples. Through these examples, the student develops skills in performing computational manipulations, starting from vectors and matrices, working through the theory of quaternions to understand rotations, and then transferring these skills to the computation of more abstract adjoint and coadjoint motions, Lie?Poisson Hamiltonian formulations, momentum maps and finally dynamics with nonholonomic constraints. The 120 Exercises and 55 Worked Answers help the student to grasp the essential aspects of the subject, and to develop proficiency in using the powerful methods of geometric mechanics. In addition, all theorems are stated and proved explicitly. The book`s many examples and worked exercises make it ideal for both classroom use and self-study. |

Mechanics of Real Fluids $194 Fluid mechanics is one of the most major areas of successful applications of mathematics. It can be considered as one of branches of applied mathematics. Although fluid motion is concerned in both gas or liquids, as both of them are fluids, this book mainly deals with the motion of liquids in general, and water in particular. The theory of fluid mechanics has grown so considerably in recent years that study of the mechanics of fluids is important in many aspects of our real life. This book on an important area of applied mathematics is a compendium of the work of many pioneering authors and of research works from throughout the author’s career. It explains theory clearly and provides applications. It is intended to provide background for young scientists and graduate students as well as applied mathematicians and professional engineers. Some knowledge of vector calculus including the integral theorems such as Green’s theorem, Stokes’s theorem and divergence theorem is assumed on the part of the reader. Isotropic tensor calculus is used sparingly in some chapters. A familiarity with the Bessel functions, Legendre polynomials and hypergeometric functions is also expected. |

Continuum Mechanics: Elasticity, Plasticity, Visoelasticity $150.85 Most books on continuum mechanics focus on elasticity and fluid mechanics. But whether student or practicing professional, modern engineers need a more thorough treatment to understand the behavior of the complex materials and systems in use today. Continuum Mechanics: Elasticity, Plasticity, Viscoelasticity offers a complete tour of the subject that includes not only elasticity and fluid mechanics but also covers plasticity, viscoelasticity, and the continuum model for fatigue and fracture mechanics. In addition to a broader scope, this book also supplies a review of the necessary mathematical tools and results for a self-contained treatment. The author provides finite element formulations of the equations encountered throughout the chapters and uses an approach with just the right amount of mathematical rigor without being too theoretical for practical use. Working systematically from the continuum model for the thermomechanics of materials, coverage moves through linear and nonlinear elasticity using both tensor and matrix notation, plasticity, viscoelasticity, and concludes by introducing the fundamentals of fracture mechanics and fatigue of metals. Requisite mathematical tools appear in the final chapter for easy reference. Continuum Mechanics: Elasticity, Plasticity, Viscoelasticity builds a strong understanding of the principles, equations, and finite element formulations needed to solve real engineering problems. |

Engineering Mechanics and Design Applications $79.95 In the last decade, the number of complex problems facing engineers has increased, and the technical knowledge required to address and mitigate them continues to evolve rapidly. These problems include not only the design of engineering systems with numerous components and subsystems, but also the design, redesign, and interaction of social, political, managerial, commercial, biological, medical, and other systems. These systems are likely to be dynamic and adaptive in nature. Finding creative solutions to such large-scale, unstructured problems requires activities that cut across traditional disciplinary boundaries. Engineering Mechanics and Design Applications: Transdisciplinary Engineering Fundamentals presents basic engineering mechanics concepts in the context of the engineering design process. It provides non-mechanical engineers with the knowledge needed to understand the mechanical aspects of a project, making it easier to collaborate in transdisciplinary teams. Combining statics, dynamics, vibrations, and strength of materials in one volume, the book offers a practical reference for engineering design. It begins with an overview of Prevention through Design (PtD), providing a broad understanding of occupational safety and health needs in the design process. It then presents condensed introductions to engineering statics, engineering dynamics, and solid mechanics as well as failure theories and dynamic loadings. Examples of real-life design analysis and applications demonstrate how transdisciplinary engineering knowledge can be applied in practice. A concise introduction to mechanics and design, the book is suitable for nonengineering students who need to understand the fundamentals of engineering mechanics, as well as for engineering students preparing for the Fundamentals of Engineering exam. Professional engineers, researchers, and scientists in non-mechanical engineering disciplines, particularly those collaboratively working on large-scale engineering projects, will also find this a valuable resource. |
