Natural Skin Care - The Complete System

2. Toner - A toner helps to restore the pH balance of the skin. Immediately after using the toner, you will feel that your skin feels tighter and smoother.

3. Moisturizer - Not everyone needs to use moisturizers. If you have naturally oily skin, you must avoid using moisturizers. However, many people do need to use such products because skin tends to become dehydrated after being exposed to the environment for long hours.

4. Masque - Such products can help to get rid of harmful bacteria on the skin. Leave it on for about 20 minutes or so each day before going to bed.

5. Night renewal - Usually, younger people tend to regenerate skin quicker. The skin regenerator is known as CoQ10. CoQ10 is produced by the body, but as the body ages and matures, the level of CoQ10 drops. This can be replenished by using night renewal products.
