Do not be Bodybuilding cash-cow.
Most Bodybuilders are well read, knowledgeable and passionate about getting bigger muscles and becoming fitter. They do know what really works and deep down know it is simple compound exercises, like Bench Press, The Squat, Dead Lifts and Military Press and an intake of right amount of protein and good quality food that builds muscle not the routine of the bodybuilding super stars or XYZ anabolic super blaster body building muscle gainer supplement.

But marketing guys count on you being a tryer and a cash-cow ripe for the milking. They know you are willing to part with your hard earned cash to try the latest bodybuilding routine and supplements in pursuit of a shortcut to your bodybuilding goals. You try it for a short while then move on to try the next latest thing month after month after month. It is what keeps them rich.

Forget about the latest bodybuilding routine.
The banter in the changing room would be far less exotic if you explained your routine consisted of half a dozen exercises, milk and eggs rather than bragging about your latest supper duper split 4 hour routine and stacks of expensive bodybuilding supplements that make you sound more like a drag racing mechanic than a athlete.
Compound exercise have been around for years and the fact is they do build muscle but perhaps it is just too simple or unglamorous for creditability with their peers or not as trendy latest thing they have just read about.
So stop learning new stuff, forget about the latest bodybuilding routine that Mr Olympia is using that you have just read about and take action using the wealth of information you already know.

One of the things that is recommended when you are giving up cigarettes is to put the money you would have spent on them into a separate savings pot and treat yourself to something you have always wanted. Why not use this idea, stop buying the magazines and supplements then do just the same and save it all up. By the end of a year not only has your physique got bigger but your bank balance and wallet will be in bulging with a new found size and vigour as well.

So if you are reading this now, please do yourself a favour and stop learning new stuff, stop being a cash-cow and put into action all the stuff you already know, the simple stuff that works.
