4. High adhesion or bond between steel cord and rubber. On the surface of the steel cords, zinc is used for the purpose of coating. The rubber also has the steel cord. It is quite difficult to drop and another great feature is that it is resistant to any kind of shock. So the rubber belts are durable and long lasting.

5. The steel cords are arranged in a great way. They are evenly placed. Advanced manufacturing techniques are used for designing these cords. They have equal tension. This is the reason why the conveyor belts are balanced well.

Steel cord with fire-resistance feature is another popular variety of conveyor. It is designed with great features. It has the advantage of conveying different materials at the occasion of long distance, high strength and large load. It has another great characteristic. It is anti-static and fire-resistant.
