HID ballast is a high voltage transformer, which is used for lighting in the cars. They convert low voltage into the high voltage and they exceed to 1000 Volts. They include many capacitors in their circuits. These capacitors can accumulate an electric charge of six hundred VAC.

Ballasts are the most important for HID lights. The installation method of HID ballasts is very easy and anyone can install them. These HID ballasts have different types of specification and they are made from High Intensity Discharge technology. If you have a car and you want to install some different types of HID light into your car then first of all you have to install HID ballasts because these ballasts can manage the whole electric power, which are important for your HID lights.

HID kits are consist of HID ballasts and HID bulbs. These ballasts convert the whole power of your HID lights. They usually convert fifty five watts into thirty five watts. These HID ballasts are also used in motorcycles and in other types of vehicles. They regulate the electric current of your car, which is connected to the HID bulb of your car. These HID ballasts are available in three types first is electronic ballast, second is magnetic ballast and third is digital ballast. Magnetic ballast is identified as coil ballast and core ballast.

A number of magnetic ballasts include an igniter, which is used beside through metal halide bulbs and sodium. They provide regular right temperature to your car's HID light and they can make your bulbs to longer. The installation method of HID ballasts is very easy. If you want to install HID ballasts in your car then you have to follow some steps. First of all you have to remove old ballast from your car and eliminate all electrical influence from the installation area. Then you have to unlock the defensive lens box and you have to drag the lamps. Then you have to examine the fluorescent bulbs for some dark parts. And then you have to check all bulbs that are working or not. Then you have to test the new HID ballast that is correct or not. Then place new ballast and remove old ballast. So this is the simple method of installing HID ballast.

Many companies manufacture these types of ballasts and they are made from different types of materials. These HID ballasts are the simple electric circuits, which are installed in your car. Repeat as needed until all LED’s turn on for 5 seconds indicating that all cells have at least 3.2 volts. Then you can proceed to charge normally. Balancing While Charging Connect the balancer and wait for the low voltage check.If all cells show 3.2 volts you can proceed with a normal charge sequence. The LED lamps will remain off until one cell reaches a voltage of 3.7 volts. Then balancing will begin. By the time the charge is complete the pack should be balanced. If the cells blink at random the pack is closely balanced. If a few LED’s remain on all the time these cells have a higher voltage then the other cells and more balancing is needed. When the charge is almost complete all the LED’s will turn on. Balancing After Charging Connect the Balancer to the pack. The balancer will begin discharging every cell that has more than 4.15 volts. When all cells are 4.15 volts or less then the balancer will begin balancing to the lowest cell. When all Led’s turn off or occasionally blink at random, then the pack is balanced
