Good leader don't give tough time to their team members and give them confidence to share their issues easily. Good leaders are very flexible and have good character. They are also very committed and loyal.

Another quality of a good leader is that he knows very well that he does not know everything and before taking any decision he not only take views of his team members but also gathers all the relevant information.
